1) 25% of the total cost is to be enclosed with the booking form, unless day of arrival is within 6 weeks of booking, when in such cases full payment must be enclosed. Balances MUST be received no later than 6 weeks prior to your arrival.

2) Bookings are accepted on the basis of a maximum of 6 persons only. access to the wooded area is at the guest's own risk & NO PETS or SMOKING (in the house).

3) All deposits/balances paid are non-refundable.

4) The house must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. New arrivals will be given access from 4pm.

5) We will arrange for our Keyholder to meet you on arrival and show you around the house. An addtional charge of 15 Euros will be made for arrivals after 11pm (French Time) Paid directly to the keyholder. Contact numbers of the keyholder will be provided.

6) As with all hire agreements a refundable key, damage and excess cleaning deposit is required. This is £100.00 and should be sent as a seperate cheque (made payable to A Oldham). If breakages, excess cleaning, missing items are found at the end of your stay, we will provide you with a written statement of indemnity. This figure will be deducted from the deposit you have placed with us. If all is well the keyholder will inform us and we will destroy the cheque and inform you that this has been done. House keys are required to be posted in the postbox at the front of the house when you leave.

7) We reserve the right to alter prices at our discretion at any time prior to acceptance of the deposit.

8) We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance to protect your holiday arrangements. UK citizens can obtain form E111 free from the Post Office, for any medical treatment you many need whilst in France.
