Some Frequently Asked Questions

What are the check in/out times?
You can get access to the apartment from 4pm on the day of your arrival. We will arrange for our keyholder to meet you to let you into the house.
You will be required to vacate the house by 11am on the day of departure.

Are weekend rentals available?
Generally we do not offer weekend rentals, however during the off peak period of Oct to April (excluding Christmas and New Year) we may consider weekend rentals especially for late availability.

What about long term rentals?
Subject to availability we will negotiate a lower rental price for longer term rentals for the off peak period of Oct to April.

Can I bring more than 6 people?
Although the terms and conditions state a maximum of 6 people we are quite happy for you to take a maximum of 8 people. However, you will have to make your own sleeping arrangments for the other two people (the settee is quite large), and remember - there is only one bathroom so you would have to be prepared to agree within your group how to use it.
