My name is really Richard Lewis (my friends call me Lewy) and I'm currently 16 years old. I go to Lawrence Sherrif School (in Rugby, England) Below are some main things about me, my hobbies and so on. You will probably find this extremely boring!

Drums

I have a mainly Pearl kit although it is a mish-mash of different makes. It is a essentially a 5 piece with 5 cymbals and a high-hat.

I have been playing the drums for over 5 and a half years now. I play in a school jazz band and orchestra. I also play drums in a rock/indi group called Ellipse. In the band there are only four of us, singer + keyboardist, lead guitar, bass, and me. We have not played many gigs yet but we have a recording of some of our songs from the previous year's Sheriff Sessions. I may try to put some on the net at some time.

Sports

I played for Lawrence Sherrif School under 16's Hockey team. I like and am quite good at quite a few of the racket sports: table tennis, badminton, tennis, etc. I rollerblade a little and ride to school sometimes on my bike. My bike is a raleigh Orge Max (mountain bike)- 21 gears, shimano gears and brakes. It has recently be upgraded and now has front suspension forks and mcuh better direct pull brakes. I have snowboarded  a few times at Tamworth Snowdome (BTW).

My 'car'

My latest hobby is remote control (R/C) car racing. I have a Mardave Cobra Sport that I have put together myself. It is fully 'ball raced' with a set of 12 bearings bought separately. I race it indoors in rogers hall in Rugby in the 2WD 'division' and have not done too badly so far, winning the 'B' group races successively.
