The company MS Racing – Martin Smrž – was founded in 1990. At the beginning its main aim was to organise and ensure motorcycle road races at national level. The most important events were 10 races of the Czech Republic Championship in 1990 – 1996 and many more races at local or regional level.

In 1995 MS Racing – Martin Smrž started agency activity and begans to act as riders agent, i.e. to represent riders in negotiation of their activity in various teams, take complete care of them through preparation, training and background.

The year 2003 was the year of crucial change for MS Racing, as it started to ensure a complete racing team for its contractual riders. Which provided total team management, all equipment including motorcycles, racing parts and equipment, spare parts, tyres and the most important thing technicians and managers of teams.

All this for faultless participation in the Superbike World Championship, the Superstock class. Having competed in this category already for three years, Martin Smrž’s team is counted as one of the few among the so-called Top Ten teams.
