We can also offer Remote Desktop Tutoring.
This allows us to share your Desktop (the Windows Operating System Graphical User Interface) and for an expert to perform the tasks in front of you on your screen in real time from the comfort of your chair at home.
A small software program may need loading onto your computer that allows you to send the "invitation" to join your desktop environment but generally Windows XP has this functionality built-in. This is a very powerful tool for those looking for instruction in the Windows operating environment.
N.B. Tuition on specific, non Microsoft programs may also be available but due to the sheer volume of software available it can be impractical so please contact us if you are interested in this service.
