electrical wiring

There was a time when a typical household used very little in the way of energy consumption. Nowadays however energy consumption is at an all time high, not surprising really considering that we now have more appliances per household compared to 30 years ago.

e.g. Multiple computers, Games consoles, DVD players, Videos, Sound Systems, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Tumble drier, Microwave, Cooker and who knows how much more, all drawing energy through an electrical installation that may not be suitable any more.

Unless your electrical installation is new or has been upgraded recently it would be a wise move to have an inspection and even if it is new or upgraded it would it is still a good idea to have an annual test & inspection, much like the annual gas service.
I served my apprentice with the Electricity Board and experience in this industry doesn't come much better than that.

If you’re looking for advice from a qualified electrician on an inspection, fittings installed, upgrading a Consumer unit, a rewire or an extension wired; contact me for honest advice and a reliable service.
