Ordering Information

 Ordering is easy.

Just browse the site and if you see something you like just email me with the order number/outfit name & I will get back to you to discuss your requirements

On acceptance of your order I ask for a non-returnable deposit, priced according to size of your order

Balance remaining is to be paid on completion of your order & before your order is posted

I can accept payment via cheque, postal order or credit/debit card or Paypal          
 
Please note:   Orders outside the UK can NOT be paid through cheque or postal order.

Please note:

I do not order the yarn or start the order until your deposit has been received

The garment displayed may not be the shade you receive. Wool/yarn shades change often and if you see something you like now  it may not be possible to get that exact shade but I will offer a close match. 

Prices are based on the yarn used, how detailed the garment is and the time it takes to make up

All items on my site are priced in Pounds Sterling and you will be billed in Pounds Sterling.
This means that the amount you actually pay will vary depending upon the exchange rate at the time your transaction is processed.

Please note: dolls are not supplied with any item

Delivery Schedule:

I will deliver your order as soon as the item has been specially made to your requirements.
This will normally be within 2 - 6 weeks depending on the size of the order, smaller items are generally available within 1-2 weeks depending on how many orders I have at the time your order is received
I will e-mail you on receipt of deposit with a guide to when the item will be completed & I will again e-mail you to confirm the item has been completed and ready to be posted to you..
