.origins.

I began using my computer to create images as soon as I knew how to turn the thing on. The first ever graphics application I discovered was an old DOS based app called 'Fractint'. This generated fractals which were way cool back in the day.

 

.technique.

Every time I start a new picture I have to clear my head and stare into my screen. A blank page, a blank mind. Gradually, from somewhere other than my mind or my screen, a ghost appears. It is my game to capture this apparition using the tools and techniques I have learnt.

 

.whatever.

Photoshop is my arena. I set the filters to trap scenes, to create paths to which the ghosts can turn. What is the point? I cannot tell. Although surely there must be or you would not be here.
