The Model Village

As you walk through into the Model Village, you enter a true village in minature. You will see many of the features which have made Polperro so famous.

All accurately reduced to scale, which enables you to appreciate this giant fishing village, "in a nut shell". There is also a fascinating commentary about the history of Polperro, and the floods which the village has withstood.

The Model Railway

This 00 gauge model is 44 feet long, and 8 feet wide, with various trains moving at all times. It incorporates village life, farms, a river, a station and depot, and lots more. There is also a separate model for the children to enjoy. A visit to this very impressive attraction is a must, and may inspire you to create your own model railway.
