Thank you for visiting my site.

I am a highly professional and qualified holistic therapist who specialises in Reiki and Indian Head Massage.

My urge to help others began after a period of soul searching and reflection following my marriage to Ian in 1992 and the birth of our two beautiful sons. It was at this point I followed my heart and decided to study REIKI under the guidance of Reiki Master Lucy Hogg. After becoming fully qualified and wanting to further my holistic skills I then went on to complete an Indian Head Massage diploma (IIHHT) at Warwickshire & Hinckley College.

I soon realised that we are all children of the universe and are perfect in every single way but the only thing stopping us from enjoying our life, growing spiritually and fulfilling our dreams is the way we deal with different situations alongside the stress and pressures of every day life.

Through REIKI I am able to use myself as a channel, radiating energy to those who need it thus balancing the chakras and making the individual more focused and in control of their emotions, promoting healing and relaxation at the same time. I get so much satisfaction being able to help others and when our mind, body and spirit are in balance we can be better people, not just to ourselves but to those we love and care for.
