(B) Extension 10   to  40 square metres internal floor area             £200.00     +   £276.32       =      £ 476.32

(C) Extension 40   to  60 square metres internal floor area             £200.00    +    £382.16       =      £ 582.16

(D) Extension 60   to  80 square metres internal floor area             £200.00    +    £488.03       =      £ 688.03

For alterations to an existing building which is not part of an extension, the fee's are based on builders estimate:-

                                             -       £  1,001 to £ 2,000  =                 £172.50              nil

                                             -       £  2,001 to £ 5,000  =                 £230.00              nil

                                             -       £  5,001 to £10,000  =                £264.50              nil
