The rear view shows the comb extending fully to the bottom of the neck plate. Embellished chin strap bosses's project from the sides to carry the strap ends -secured into the helmet.
Full extent of neck plate can be seen. In fact in comparison to modern helmets its coverage / protection is greater. Modern types rely on neck pull down covers but physical 'armour' protection is limited.
