What appears to be the far end of the same building. A lone fireman directs his water jet onto the face of the building. In conditions like these the best that can be hoped for is to prevent the spread of fire to adjacent buildings.
This particular structure is obviously lost. As this particular individual must be feeling a little, obviously, Warm.
