Here we see the Dennis appliance in action. This appliance is ROMEO 02 (Tunstall) engaged in lifting water from the dock basin. A line of hose runs off to the right supplying water.
Quite why the other appliance is facing the other way is unclear. Lockers are door type opening and not roller shutter, with open hose reel stowage.
