The Dennis 'R' Series featured as one of the appliances in a collection of wall plaques. Specially commissioned by Tyne & Wear Brigade two of them featured, the other believed to be the 85' Simon Snorkel HP (Hydraulic Platform).
The Brigade badge appears in the top right corner and also on the appliance door.'Tyne and Wear Metropolitan Fire Brigade' banner line on the top of the lockers.
The other plaques are believed to be a 1914 Dennis & early steam pumper type - sold as a set of four.
Keen observers will notice an error on the plaque.
