Download ircle using the link on this site. The downloaded file will expand itself automatically. Open the ircle application from its folder, and you will be presented with this - look at the panel that says Connections, and click on 'Server'. This brings up the server list shown below.
On the Server list control panel, press 'Add'. A new panel will appear -
Enter the details as shown above. Server name irc.bondage.com - Port 6667 - Network 'None' Now you're all set up and ready to open a connection from the file menu as shown below.
.....and you're into the system.
Two commands you're going to need to
know at this point are:
/nick whatever
/join
#ukRealLife
or call up the channel list and find us there...........
http://www.newircusers.com/ircmds.html has a comprehensive list of typed in commands you might find useful, but you'll find most things are covered by shortcuts in the various pull down menus, including all the preferences, and also help files should things get confusing later.
