Sony RDR GX210 DVD Recorder Multi Region Hack
This is an easy one :) This hack makes the recorder any region you want, select region 0 to make it multi region
Tested 15 October 2005
- 1, Download this zip file
- 2, Unpack the zip file
- 3, Place the SCARLET folder on a CDR
- 4, switch on DVD Recorder and press eject
- 5, Place the disk in the drive and press play
- 6, Select zero(0) on the remote control
The zip file contains a folder called SCARLET this folder must be in the route of the CDR
Nero
Load Nero, select CD, CD-ROM(ISO)
Pick up and drop the SCARLET folder into Nero
Burn Disk
Note, winzip has a habit of making a folder within a folder c:\SCARLET\SCARLET Make sure you use the last folder with the KPJC19_1.DVD inside, "SCARLET/KPJC19_1.DVD" is what you need on the CDR
