This is a small model of a vertical wind turbine. I constructed this to investigate
better ways of creating bearings in paper machines and also to explore the
possibilities of using wind power in some of my other sculptures.
It worked
quite well so I thought I'd make it available as a free download on my web site.
I've added a 3 bladed turbine to the download so you can compair the efficiency
of the 2 designs.

Note the RED lens should cover the LEFT eye.
Print out and build this
working model. All you
need is a printer, 6 sheets
of thin A4 card or thick
paper, some drawing
