Background

I have been trained by Master TA Codner for the last 15 years and

have progressed to become one of his senior instructors.

Along with studying at his academy in Hackney, I teach in

South Woodford where my students range in age from 5 to 50+.

 

Martial art training offers a

complete and varied training

programme.

Firstly your body needs to be

loose and free from tension, so

stretching is vitally important.

Stretching keeps all your joints

flexible and blood flowing smoothly.

Posture will also improve.

 

Running, boxing, and other

specialized routines improve

heart strength and lung capacity.

Self defence techniques will give

you more confidence if ever you

need to defend yourself.

The overall effect is a healthy

strong body which leads to a

healthy and positive frame of mind.

My lessons not only give you the

physical confidence you are

looking for but also aims to instil

the indomitable spirit that is at

the heart of the martial way.

Its about developing your spirit

in order to achieve your own

personal goals.
