Join us on a Sunday for a bike ride in friendly company. Rides are once a month in the winter, twice a month in the summer starting from a variety of locations on the Wirral. In summer we meet at 10.45am, rides start at 11.00am, returning to the start by about 5.00pm, sometime a bit later on longer rides. In winter (1 Nov - 31 March) we meet at 10.15am for a 10.30am start returning about 3.30pm.

Distance covered varies from 20 to 50 miles, occasionally more depending on the abilities of those that turn up on the day. Rides are suitable for cyclists aged from fourteen years.

There is a lunch stop of about an hour, some bring sandwiches and some buy food at a cafe.

We ask that people carry a puncture kit and spare inner tube, but for those that are not used to dealing with punctures there is always someone on the ride willing to assist if necessary. It is also a good idea to carry a waterproof and plenty to drink.
