I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Kevin Gunner. I have engaged Kevin’s' services on a number of occasions, having had a new kitchen, bathroom and an additional WC installed by him at the end of last year. 
Having agreed the scope of the work required, we established an acceptable time frame and budget. Kevin completed the work on time, and within the set budget, and we are delighted with the results. I have found his work to be both efficient and effective and his standards very high. He is a consummate professional and is certainly a tradesman to be trusted.
I have no hesitation in recommending the services of Kevin Gunner, and we will certainly be calling on him again as and when the need arise.

How often do we hear of tradesman that don't turn up when you expect them, frequently leave work unfinished or do a bad job and charge you the earth. Then, leave you worrying where to turn next. Most definitely not Kevin Gunner.
He has done a huge amount of work for us in the building of a new coffee shop we opened 10 months ago, including installation of a new boiler and central heating. At no time since have we had to have him back apart from asking him to do other work for us.
We recommend him to many of our customers and advertise for him in our shop.
