Because Redsaco specialises exclusively in dealing with Contractors' affairs we have the expertise and infrastructure to deal with your affairs not only efficiently but also extremely cost-effectively. Our fees represent a major saving when compared with the cost of conventional accountancy fees, individual public liability insurance, company formation and filing fees etc- not to mention the value of your own time!

As part of our service, Redsaco takes responsibility for invoicing the client for your company's services. On the same day as Redsaco receives payment from the client it will raise an invoice from your company for the same amount and a payment will be authorised to your company account using online banking. Your net salary plus any tax-free expenses are simultaneously transferred to your nominated personal account Full provision is automatically made for your PAYE and VAT liabilities. REDSACO will issue you with a monthly statement showing exactly how these amounts have been calculated. Our services include all of the following:
  • prepare and submit all VAT returns for your company.
  • prepare and submit all P30s and P35s for your company.
  • prepare and submit the annual accounts for your company.
  • prepare and submit all accounts and annual returns to the Companies Registration Office.
  • prepare and submit all Corporation Tax returns for your company.
  • organise the preparation and submission of tax returns in relation to you contracting activities.
  • ensure that your contracting affairs are organised in a tax-efficient manner.
  • arrange for the provision of pension, mortgage and life and health insurance advice at no additional cost.
  • can arrange the provision of financial and legal advice through its associates at competitive rates.
  • provide monthly statements itemising how we have calculated your net pay.
  • issue you with a regular news sheet highlighting all significant developments and opportunities impacting on contractors

Our Fees
Redsaco will charge a monthly fee (exclusive of VAT) of euro 183.50.There is no charge for a non-working month. The provision of Employer/Public Liability Insurance (normally in the region of 800 euro p.a.) is free of charge. No charge will be made for the costs of setting up your personalised company (normally in the region of 400 euro).
