Stoneleigh Holiday and Leisure Village is a small family owned holiday park and Bungalow Number 25 is privately owned. The bungalow is available for letting directly from the owners Hilton Holidays.
Stoneleigh is set within an area of outstanding natural beauty on the mild South East Devon coastline approximately two miles from Sidmouth in the peaceful village of Weston. The park is ideally located for touring the West Country with Weymouth & Dorset to the East and Torbay & South Devon to the West.
The bungalow is brick built in a block of three (end property) and has two bedrooms, one double and one twin. The property can normally accommodate four persons plus one infant. However occupancy can be increased to a maximum of six persons plus one infant by use of a high quality sofa-bed located in the lounge area. Baby sets are available for hire directly from the owners comprising cot, highchair, changing mat and cot linen pack.
There is a bathroom with overhead shower and lounge with kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a microwave oven. The lounge has a digital colour TV, video, DVD and stereo radio/cassette/CD player.
The bungalow type is an Axevale and is the one featured in the Stoneleigh Holidays brochure. The property is South facing and is very well located within the holiday village close to all amenities. It is surrounded by open plan gardens and enjoys a distant sea view down Weston Combe to the sea. Axevale Number 25 is a no smoking property and pets are not allowed in this particular property.
Guests can use all the facilities at Stoneleigh upon purchase of weekly or sessional passes (optional). Stoneleigh Holiday and Leisure Village is open all year round, however entertainment may only be provided during the main holiday season including Easter, Christmas/New Year and school half-term holidays.
