Kenegie Manor Holiday Park is a quiet and leisurely holiday park owned and managed by John Fowler Holidays Limited. It is described in their own brochure as 'Quiet Elegance'. Old Court Cottage Number 21 is privately owned. The cottage is available for letting directly from the owners Hilton Holidays.
Kenegie Manor is situated approximately two miles from Penzance in the historic village of Gulval. There are views of the famous St. Michael's Mount from the entrance to the park. This part of South West Cornwall is recognised as the mildest area of mainland Britain.
The cottage-style house is brick built in a terraced block of various holiday properties and the accommodation is on two levels. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin. The property can normally accommodate four persons plus one infant. However occupancy can be increased to a maximum of six persons plus one infant by use of a high quality sofa-bed located in the lounge area. Baby sets are available for hire directly from the owners comprising cot, highchair, changing mat and cot linen pack.
Upstairs are the bedrooms and a shower room. Downstairs is an open plan lounge with kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a microwave oven. The lounge has a digital colour TV, video, DVD and stereo radio/cassette/CD player.
The accommodation type is a Traditional Cottage and is featured in the John Fowler Holidays brochure. The properties are set in the spacious and landscaped grounds of the manor. The cottage is very well located within the holiday park close to all amenities. It is surrounded by open plan gardens and enjoys views of the surrounding grounds and hills. Old Court Number 21 is a no smoking property and pets are not allowed in this particular property.
Guests can use all the facilities at Kenegie Manor and these are included in your holiday price. Kenegie Manor Holiday Park is open all year round, however entertainment and the children's club may only be provided during the main holiday season including Easter.
