This page will guide you through he process of requesting a personalised training plan.
Once all of your chosen training plan, personal details, goals and aspirations have been received via your coaching candidate form, our coach will program a training plan personalised to your own needs i.e. your aims and time allowed for training.
The time you spend training is very important and with many of us having a family we have to manage our time to our advantage.
The training plans work like this. Our coach will send your an electronic monthly training plan for you to follow and complete as you go. You record your heart rate every morning together with your weight, feel good factor and comments on how you feel, before during and after each training session.
This information will assist our coach monitor your progress. This electronic training plan is completed and emailed to our coach every week. Our coach will monitor and adjust your training as and when required, as you go.
This process is a partnership and communication is the key to effective training.

Four Steps To A More Effective Training Regime;

Complete your Coaching Candidate Form with your chosen Training Plan and email or post it back to On Your Bike Coaching. (Our Services/ Downloads page).

Select your training plan by indicating your choice in you email together with your completed coaching candidate form.
- Once your plan is ready our coach will receive your first months training plan via email. You will be requested to pay via PayPal once you receive your first plan using the PayPal buttons contained within 'On Your Bike Coaching's' email.
