Situated between orange and lemon groves and close to six golf courses ( one within walking distance), the house, with off road parking, is located approximately 40 minutes south of Alicante airport, or 20 minutes north of Murcia airport between Los Montesinos and San Miguel close to Torrevieja and Orihuela. It has satellite T.V, ceiling fans in main rooms and sleeps 6 comfortably.

A car is essential as the nearest beach (Torrevieja) is approximately a 15 minute drive. There is a pub and two shops within walking distance, and at Los Montesinos or San Miguel there is a good selection of restaurants and pubs for those who wish to dine out, There is also a variety of large department stores, shops and markets within an 8-10 minute drive.

For the Angler there is a fresh water lake not far away where you can catch reasonable sized Carp and other common species along with the occasional Trout. Or, try your hand at sea fishing from the rocks/shoreline, in the harbour or a small boat off shore.

(To fish in Spain, fresh water or sea, you will need the appropriate licence which can be purchased for a few euros)

For the golf enthusiast there are six challenging courses with Mediterranean shrubland, trees and vegetation all within easy reach.
