About Us

Keith Baldery, PC Specialist, has worked with computers and hardware for over 20 years and has been providing professional yet personal PC services to local businesses, schools and individuals for over seven years.

The difference between us and other businesses is the personal service on offer. Our aim is to provide a fast, reliable and personal service to all our customers.

From first contact we assess our customers needs, identify suitable products and make recommendations based on what the customer wants. We don't try to sell you products you don't want or need, we don't charge inflated prices for the latest gadgets and gismos. What we do provide you with, is quality products at reasonable prices, a service you can trust and will want to use again and again.

Unlike other small PC companies who charge call out rates to visit your home and may not have the right equipment with them, we ask you to visit us at your convenience. We can carry out any work you request whilst you wait*. Any work carried out without you present will be explained in outline before commencement and in detail when you collect your PC. Don't worry, we will explain it simply and not confuse you with technical jargon.
