Tallinn (recent historical name: Reval) is the capital city and main seaport of Estonia. It is located on Estonia's north coast to the Baltic Sea, 80 kilometres south of Helsinki.
The cam is situated on the edge of and looks over the historic old town of Tallin. You can see St. Olav's Church (Oleviste kirik), which was once the tallest church in the world and is still the tallest building in Tallinn.
The cam feed comes from Digital Tallin, which as well as featuring this web cam has a virtual tour of Tallin, an excellent photo tour and more information about the history of the town. Click on the 'Live' button under the cam picture to switch to the live cam view.
