You've come to the right place for expert tuition
What you need to start...
You need to be 17 and have a valid uk provisional licence. Complete a form D1 from the Post Office and send it to the DVLA with your passport or birth certificate and a passport-sized photo as ID.
Apply for it up to three months before your 17th birthday and you could book your first lesson for the big day!
How many lessons will you need?
Driving Standards Agency research shows that the current average is 45 hours of tuition, with additional private practise to pass. Your instructor will give you an idea of how long you are likely to need after your first lesson. You can help keep this low by taking two-hour lessons and following our easy tips for practise with parents or relatives.
Learning to drive can be a daunting experience so here at CITYPASS we work hard to make it as easy and enjoyable as possible.

How long will the lessons be?
It's up to you. The 1.5 hour lesson is not to long or to short, you'll have time to take in what the instructor says and put it into practice. And that could cut down the number of lessons you need, helping to reduce the overall cost.
