Who is the Vap?

How did you get to be called KarnuVap?

The Vap or Karnuvap is a word that I thought up years ago when I was trying to get a Hotmail address. Funilly enough PaulSmith had already been taken and so I had to make something up. Canu is a footballer and, that morning I had been cut-up by a white van with a registration number that ended in VAP. It is just a short leap to Karnuvap. Unsurprisingly, this name had NOT already been taken in Hotmail.

I am 46, father to one boy, working and living in England.

Passions

I am passionate about living deliberately. I don’t think that life should be something that happens to you. My favourite film is Groundhog Day because it shows Bill Murray taking many attempts to get just one day right. It reminds me that we only have one day to get each day right.
