Welcome to our Wedding Website
Karl Lloyd and Judi Hoskins are pleased to announce their engagement to be married on Friday the 9th of November 2007. We are planning a small gathering of our nearest and dearest at the Swan Hotel in the Cotswolds, UK. We are hoping to have friends and family come from all over the world- from South Africa to Belgium to the USA and even Guernsey!

Important: PLEASE RSVP ASAP! Especially if you are unable to attend- we need to confirm the numbers to the venue and finalize all the arrangements. Please email us direct! Alternatively you can fax/call us on OO442O82489753. We also need to know how many people are staying overnight as the hotel is not huge and alternative arrangements may have to be made- UPDATE- due to a cancellation there is now a room free on the friday night (Please contact us for details- not the hotel). See below for a list of local alternatives. Apparently the cottages are 2 minutes away and very good.
We met at a social gathering at the end of the summer last year and have been pretty much inseparable ever since. Sometimes you just know when you have met the right person for you, the one you want to spend the rest of your life with. We invite you to join us in a celebration of this as we begin our lives together as husband and wife.
The Ceremony
The Ring Bearer is Kyle Aiden DuRand.
The Best Man is Kim Lloyd. You can contact him here.
The Maid of Honour is Nicolette Loots, who can be contacted here.
The wedding will start with a civil ceremony at 2 pm, followed by the wedding breakfast (Master of Ceremonies - Christopher Christie). There will then be drinks and a buffet during the evening. We'll try and keep the speeches as concise as possible! Dress code is smart please.
The Menu
Vegan/Vegetarian options also available. Please advise well in advance if these are desired.
Accommodation
There are limited rooms available in the hotel where the event will take place. Other hotels in the area include Bibury Court, the Travelodge in Cirencester and there are also holiday cottages and a bed and breakfast in the village.
