My textile and mosaic work has developed over time. From a very early age I would become absorbed in making things by hand, a joy and pleasure that has never diminished. Until recently I had a full-time career in social work and have developed my textile and mosaic work alongside my day job. In 2002 I completed a course at the Mosaic School in Ravenna under the tuition of Luciana Notturni. I am a member of the British Association for Modern Mosaic (BAMM). For the past few years I have exhibited and sold my work through local galleries, Peterborough Open Studios and Peterborough Embroiderers Guild. I have also completed commissions.
