Learning to work with colour and its interactions is a never-ending challenge and curiosity for me.
Working in both the mediums of Mosaic and Textile gives me the latitude for colour play and exploration.
I love Mosaic as it is bright, durable and looks good indoors and out, it is a beautiful marriage of function and art.
My current work in textiles and stitch is a process of layering different fabrics, incorporating paper, plastic, anything in fact that can be stitched I will use until the right depth and feel for the colour of the piece is complete.
