Front end stripped back to the metal to get rid of 32 years of fly swatting and gravel batting! Front window also came out so as to clean up the new weld along the lower window sill.
Lee the Welder's job along the top and Ted the welder's job along the bottom.
A couple of patches of filler where someone must have bumped the spare wheel into a lampost!
Rear end cleaned up ready for 1st coat primer. Taking the side panel off was interesting! Hiding a lot of the brown stuff in there. Still nothing serious.
Nice to see those clean lines.
Rear end again with the oil leak underneath! And my little bit of blue tester along the side door.
The top's staying Pastel White, with a pale dove blue below the waist, white pop top and white bumpers and wheels. Mmmm! Nice!
Again it's nice to see those clean curves.
