Domaine de Kerlann

Domaine de Kerlann is situated in Southern Brittany just outside Pont Aven and a
short drive from Benodet, Begmeil, Quimper and Concarnau. This is a Siblu (Haven Europe) site and offers excellent facilities including swimming pools, both indoor and outdoor with water chutes, tennis courts, mini golf, table tennis, volleyball, an all weather multi sports pitch and a BMX rough terrain circuit. There is also a supermarket, restaurant, take away, bar, launderette and children's play areas. There is a nursery for babies and childrens clubs for all ages. There are plenty of activities arranged throughout the season until the site closes in the middle of September.
The park is about a 5 minute drive from some lovely sandy beaches and also a
short drive from the pretty little town of Pont Aven, once home to the artist Paul Gauguin. There you can enjoy a stroll along the river bank, pass by the watermills, browse the shops and art galleries and stop off at one of the many cafes to sample traditional Breton fare.
About 15 miles away is Quimper, the capital city of Cornouaille, the name given
to this region of Southern Brittany. The town is dominated by the imposing 13th century Gothic cathedral overlooking the cafe lined cobbled market square.
The walled 'old town' of Concarneau is well worth a visit, situated on an island
within the harbour of the modern town, now one of France's premier fishing ports.
At Carnac, marvel at the columns of prehistoric standing stones, reminiscent of
Stonehenge, stretching for miles.
For the golfer, the beautiful course at Foret Fouesnant overlooking the bay is
just one of several within a short drive.
From the ports it is about an hour and a half from Roscoff, about three hours
from St Malo, four hours from Caen and about four and a half hours from Cherbourg.

To book, a £75 non-returnable deposit per week is required and the balance
must be paid two months before your holiday date.
We also require a £50 damage waiver, which will be refunded subject to the
mobile home being left in a suitable condition.
Please note we do not permit smoking in the mobile home.

Luxury 3 Bedroom Cosalt Cascade 35 x 12. Having centre
lounge with en-suite double bedroom at one end and 2 single bedrooms with shower and toilet the other end.
The mobile home has double glazing and heating, full
electricity with English sockets, full gas oven, microwave, fridge freezer, hairdryer, fan, tv, dvd and video.
Bedding: duvets, blankets and pillows are provided and
also linen is provided free on two week bookings.
There is also a washing machine and iron and ironing
board.
There is a terrace and outside garden furniture and BBQ.
Gas and electricity are included in the rental.
Prices are £75 per week (high season) and £50 per week
(low season) more than our standard 3 bedroom mobile home price. |
