BOOKING CONDITIONS

The Party Leader signing the Booking Form declares himself/herself responsible for all members of the party.

Only those persons listed on the Booking Form are entitled to occupy the holiday accommodation (unless prior
agreement has been obtained).

No contract exists between us and our clients until the Booking Form and deposit have been received and confirmed
in writing by us.

Deposits are non-returnable in the event of cancellation.

The balance of hire money due is payable not later than 2 months before commencement of holiday.

Notice of cancellation of holiday must be sent by recorded delivery, to be received at least 2 months prior to holiday
date. Should this not be received, the holiday could be re-booked or if we are unable to re-book your holiday, the full
balance outstanding will be required.

Personal insurance including cancellation cover must be taken out.

The client accepts that we will not be held responsible for any accident or injury to any member of the party nor for
any default by the site owners.

The client agrees to abide by the Rules of the campsite. If any member of the party becomes a nuisance, they could
be asked to leave and their holiday will be terminated.

The Holiday Homes are available for occupation from 16.30 on the date of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 on the
day of departure.

The client undertakes to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and to replace any breakage and
report any damage which occurs. The client is responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.

The damage waiver deposit will be refunded once your accommodation has been checked and found to be in a
atisfactory condition.

In addition to letting out our own mobile homes, we also act as booking agents for other owners. We do endeavour to
provide an accurate description of the accommodation provided in all cases, but we cannot be held responsible if the
accommodation provided by other owners differs from the description. We do ask other owners to maintain a
high standard of cleanliness and decoration, but as booking agents only, this is not within our control and we cannot
therefore be held responsible if these standards are not met.

Any problems or complaints regarding the accommodation must be reported immediately, either to site reception or
to ourselves. Failure to do so absolves us of all responsibility.

All money paid by the client will be refunded to him if the holiday arrangements are cancelled by us and terminates
our liability.

Ferry bookings that are altered may incur an administration charge.

Please note that whilst Brittany Ferries and P & O are only responsible for their ferry services within the terms of the
ferry tickets, we, as Package Organiser, are generally responsible for all aspects of your holiday. Please therefore
address all correspondence to us as we act as Agent for the ferry companies and all suppliers within the Holiday
Package.
