The
4 bed-room cottage is unusually spacious, just 20 yards from Little
Shore Beach; on a no-through road, close to the Ground
floor:
Porch, lounge /dining area with sea views, large kitchen again with sea
views, utility room, 2 twin-bedded bedrooms, large bathroom (Jacuzzi and
separate shower), study/games/TV room. There is a travel cot, high chair and
a baby bath. Spiral
staircase
leading to:- First
floor: 2
bedrooms with sea views and 2nd bathroom. Combined
gas central heating and hot water; washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher,
microwave, fridge-freezer and digital TV and video. Outside: Ample space for two
cars in a totally private courtyard with garden furniture and flower borders;
secured by a shutter gate and wooden gate. Tariff
includes electricity, gas and bed linen; but excludes towels. STRICTLY
NO PETS AND NO SMOKING
Non-refundable Deposit £100 paid on booking.
Remainder of Tariff to be paid 6 weeks before holiday begins. On receiving the balance, the front door
key will be posted to you about two weeks before your holiday starts. Damage and equipment break-downs to be
notified immediately on 01372 274119 or 0771 931 2227. Cleaning
and preparation for new guests is carried out during Saturday; therefore
please plan to arrive after 3.00 pm. Please depart by 10.00 am and post the front door key back to us in the stamped
address envelope provided, checking that the back area is locked up and the
shutter door is closed. Safety Sensitive
Smoke and Carbon Monoxide detectors are fitted that may detect excessive
cooking fumes. There is a cooker
ventilation hood. Fire blanket and
extinguisher are located near kitchen/courtyard door. |
