Julia's son Basil appears on the single version, speaking a verse especially written for a child:

'...if only to flee 'neath the green web cross wire mesh fence and enter into the masquerade'.

About computer games maybe? It was quite a tongue-twister for the nine year old and took a few takes.

The single version of the song was included on the last playlist compiled by the late John Peel for his show on BBC Radio One, something we are quite proud of.
