Scarlet studied at the London School of Bakery and it was here that she gained her reputation for making cakes that were a little bit different.. Her cake decorating teacher used to take great pleasure in putting Scarlet's creations in front of an examiner more used to marking sugar flowers.

Now Scarlet creates weird and wonderful creations for any and every occasion, just present her with your thoughts, ideas, dreams or designs.
