Gnostic Centre is an institution operating presently in the city of
Leeds in the North of England, though several other Centres are
planned for the future. We run courses and seminars with the aim of
awakening people's consciousness, so that they can establish contact
with their own Being and with the Higher Beings that help us achieve
our spiritual aims. We all have an Inner Being, a Higher Self, that
helps us in achieving a spiritual trajectory. Indeed,

-There will be a new short course on the INTRODUCTION TO MEDITATION starting at the end of September lasting 8 weeks. This course will be given at our Leeds centre. Further news will appear here nearer the starting date.
Meditation is a technique for receiving information from the inner worlds. By means of meditation the soul submerges into the superior dimensions.
In this way we can acquire knowledge concerning the mysteries of life and death.
Also, by means of meditative techniques leading to an awakened consciousness, we can undertake the process of individuation, of becoming one with our higher self. See the section on Individuation and Wholeness below.
