Ok, let's keep this short:
Intelligence reports made by Agents of Lightning and Trade report that The
Demons of Technology have made an amazing advance in the field of
micro-robotics, with the development of a new type of Robotic Insects, known
as the Mekalocusts. These little
devices were intended to use in the field of farming as an alternative to
Herbicide, but as anyone can expect from Demons, those devices can quickly
be turned into a defoliating device. Or at least, they would, if the
demonic inventor (a Habbalah) hadn't gone missing from his laboratory in
France, carrying with him his plans and prototypes...
And this is where the PCs come in, as that Demonic renegade has recently contacted the Seraphim Council and offered them his invention, for a price to be determined later on, though possible Redemption was mentionned. The meeting is to be made near the glass pyramid in front of the Louvre, by the characters (party should include at least one angel of Lightning).
What happens next is entirely up to the GM, but options include:
