ORGANIC HEALTH - 87 Church Road, Hauxton. Cambs CB2 5HS

 

Hauxton is on the A10, 1 mile south of junction 11 on the M11. From Junction 11 of M11 go approximately 1 mile south along the A10 towards Harston & Royston. Take the first turning on the left where you see a sign for "Hauxton & the Shelfords" -Organic Health is located at the first driveway on the right in Church Road.

CROSS ROAD AT PEDESTRIAN CROSSING, GO DOWN ROAD (IT SLOPES) BEARING LEFT INTO CHIPPING HILL, KEEPING GOING DOWN CHIPPING HILL , GO OVER RIVER BRIDGE BY CHURCH , VENUE IS THEN ON YOUR RIGHT JUST PAST RIVER BRIDGE.

Food & drink... TEA/COFFEE FACILITIES & SOME SNACKS AVAILABLE - POSSIBLY BAR OPEN TOO, BUT BRING OWN FOOD TO BE SAFE

Children... Nothing planned for children at the moment but we will set something up if we get requests to get in touch with James AbbotT if people are bringing children so we can look at whether its worth doing.

Businesses can learn how to tackle climate change and benefit financially. The one day conference in Cambridge is organised by English Nature and Business in the Community, and is aimed at directors and senior managers in the east of England.

1st November - Housing Stock Transfer Ballot results.

Council Tenants voted by an overwhelming majority against privatisation 'again'. Both privatisation options were rejected and tenants voted by an overwhelming majority to remain under City Council control.

Cllr Smart said she would communicate the ballot result to the City Council, who still reserve the right to overturn the ballot decision.

Thanks to the efforts by members of TAP who made tenants aware of the ballot and its implications. +++ +++
