Description
The MAKERNB command reads zero or more files and writes them out,
concatenated in "rnews batch" form, to its standard output.
wildcards is a
search wildcard specification.
All files matching the specification are read and processed.
Command-specific options
/A-
Include or exclude files based upon their file attributes.
/S-
Search subdirectories, including or excluding subdirectories based upon
their file attributes.
/E-
If this option is enabled, non-fatal error messages are suppressed.
