The OS/2 Command Line Utilities is a suite of many useful command-line
driven utilities for 32-bit OS/2. CLU tools of particular note with
respect to the Internet Utilities include weavesvc,
runsvc, cyclog, unstamp,
grep, and wc.

The 32-bit Command Interpreter is a drop-in replacement for the 16-bit CMD
that IBM supplies with IBM OS/2. CLU tools of particular note with
respect to the Internet Utilities include move and
copy, and of course the command interpreter itself.

The "traditional COPY command is the COPY command that is built in to the 16-bit CMD supplied with IBM OS/2 and JP Software's 4OS2. It has a number of quirks.
