WPSARC — Control WPS desktop archiving

Synopsis

WPSARC [/?] [/T[acw]] [ON|OFF|MENUON|MENUOFF|LIST|QUERY]

Options

/?
Display command syntax information.
/T
Specify which dates and times to display and to sort on, by specifying one or more of the following characters:
A
Display the last access date and time.
C
Display the creation date and time.
W
Display the last write date and time.

The dates and times are displayed in the order that they are specified. The default is the same as if /TCW had been used.

ON
Enable desktop archiving the next time that the Workplace Shell is started.
OFF
Disable desktop archiving the next time that the Workplace Shell is started.
MENUON
Enable the display of the desktop selection menu when the operating system is started.
MENUOFF
Disable the display of the desktop selection menu when the operating system is started.
LIST
List the current WPS desktop archives.
QUERY
Query the desktop archiving settings.

Description

The WPSARC command controls the way that the Workplace Shell archives the desktop when it is started, and whether or not the desktop selection menu is displayed when the operating system is booted.
