FREE — Display the amount of free space on a volume

Display command syntax information.

Description

The FREE command displays the name, serial number, allocation unit size, total number of bytes available, total number of bytes used, and total number of bytes free for the specified volumes. More than one volume may be specified, in which case FREE will display the information for each volume in turn. If no arguments are specified, FREE will display information for the current drive by default.
