mIRC is a piece of chat software that allows you to see colours and pictures and hear sounds sent and played by other people, a must for anyone on IRC. You can goto the mIRC website and download the latest shareware version. I was going to put it on this page for download but it often changes and updates so it is better to get it from the offical site, dont download it from anywhere but one of the site below as some have been found to contain a virus or an open door for people to hack into your computer.

Bowpops are pictures already made pictures that can be put in popups in mirc and easily send pictures to each other

Another usefull thing to have is fast send,, this is a small file that tells you how to speed up the way you send files and wavs to each other, it is very simple to do and will speed your DCC's up.
