As
you drive into La Tania look out for the first big building
on your left, there is a 'dropping off area' pull over in
there, this is opposite the TAIGA RESTAURANT/BAR. You will
see an “outside/exterior” lift/escalator – use this lift and
at the top, on the right is Residence Christiana; the
reception desk will issue your keys and hand over the linen
if ordered.
The usual procedure applies in that you will need to supply
a damage deposit by way of your credit card, the credit card
slip is thrown away on returning the keys. You are expected
to leave the apt in the same clean tidy condition you enter,
there is a cleaning contract you can pay for if you wish,
please ask us and we will email you details.
PARKING - if you are driving after you have unloaded you
luggage right opposite this 'drop off' area is a slip road,
this leads to a large free car park.
Should you arrive late and the reception desk is unmanned,
to the left of the lift is the Hotel Montana which is owned
by the same company, their reception desk is manned 24 hrs a
day – so if you are late they will sort you out.
Linen – sheets, pillow cases and personal towels are not
included but can be rented – linen 8 euros per person per
week and personal towels for 6 euros.
Pay for your line when you pick it up along with the local
Tourist Tax we all have to pay. This is about 30p per person
per night.
