Captain, who as you know Bosko is a nice chap. He has
asked for a couple of players to join the team this Sat
taking on the might of WATER HALL - 1pm - there will be
a meal and a great day to be had. Please email Bosko and
join in representing the club.
Again, the Captain has
asked to remind all members he would like the company of
yourself, and your family, at the CAPTAINS weekend - Sat
and Sun 2nd and 3rd of August. After
the golf on the Sunday, about 3pm, there will be the
prize giving followed by a b.b.q. Those
awful prize giving events
are made worse when the winners prize is announced, we
all clap, but they have gone home, so please join in the
event for the day, especially if you have a prize to
collect, don't let us down please.
And again, the Captain has
asked for members if they would like to support his
charity by contributing a gift for the raffle, you would
have a friend for life if you could help with this. So,
buy a bottle, a golf item, anything would be nice, bring
it up on the day, and many thanks if you can help.
Remember, we want everybody
to take part in playing, lady members, juniors etc. This
is a family event so bring friends as well as members of
your family to the B.B.Q, after the golf. Please
let us know the number you expect to bring.
