What is the show like?

Primarily we are musicians who enjoy playing.

Our brass section make full use of their radio microphones and when the mood is right will dance into the crowd – they have been known to take over the bar and play to the audience from this position.

Martin's (guitar and vocals) sound and style is uncannily similar to Van’s but this is natural, he is not “acting” the part.

It's worth mentioning that we do stay true to the sound of the original songs but are not adverse to “taking off” and extending the breadth – watch out for Roger's “voice trumpet” on Moondance.

We may extend some songs if the moment is right...we may also start a conga dance round the gig led by the Horn Boys! In summary a good, all round band of highly experienced musicians playing Van Morrison and more!
