PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE 2009

Gentlemen,

I feel very fortunate to have been elected as President in this the County’s Diamond Jubilee Year. I shall do everything possible to make 2009 a memorable year for everyone.

I should like to thank the Executive, and in particular John Fulcher for the help and support they have given me in the run up the presidential ladder.

This year brings a number of changes to the County Executive, not least of which is John Fulcher’s retirement as County Secretary, and I should like on your behalf to thank him for his sterling work for the County over the past 20 years.

I shall look forward to working with the new executive and wish them an enjoyable year.

I should also like to take this opportunity of thanking North Hykeham Bowls Club, who I shall be joining this year, in what I am sure will be a very enjoyable one.

May I wish all the members of Bowls Lincolnshire , whether it be at Club, County, or Country level, a happy and successful year.
